今天來看看甫於WRIGHT AUCTION結束的Lawrence Laske Design Studio作品。在三十年的設計生涯裡，美籍設計師Lawrence Laske成果豐碩，累積了無數的設計品、原型、素寫軌跡，設計品包括家具、家電、純藝術品等，而這次的拍賣中可以發現品項非常完整，各式的手繪素描、零組件、創作原型、完成品一應俱全，拍品也包括他與其他設計師合作的作品。

Lawrence Laske 1958年畢業於伊利諾大學(University of Illinois)，之後移居米蘭，並於Domus Academy完成學業，接著進入 Ettore Sottsass(算是義大利後現代主義教父，最有名的作品如下)的設計工作室Sottsass Associati，所以他的設計風格也受到後現代主義風格的影響，大膽且創新，充滿實驗性，之後他結識了各地有名的設計大師像是： Knoll、Alessi、Ingo Maurer、 Philippe Starck、Matteo Thun和Emilio Ambasz。
